Charter Oak buys Fisher Hall offices EDMOND — An Oklahoma City oil-and-gas exploration company has bought Edmond's most prominent office building, Fisher Hall, the nearly 60,000-square-foot anchor of Fisher Hall Office Park. Charter Oak Production Co. LLC paid $9,834,679 to local investor group SP Fisher-Hall LP for the building at 3540 S Boulevard. Charter Oak Production, based at 13929 Quail Pointe Drive, bought the property as an investment, said Craig Tucker of Price Edwards & Co. , who handled the transaction.
