SINGAPORE - A bakery employee got her hand trapped in a dough-kneading machine at a store in Bedok on Monday (Oct 23) afternoon. The woman, who is in her 60s, had her left hand trapped in between the rollers of the machine. SCDF officers released her hand using hydraulic rescue tools and took her in a conscious state to Changi General Hospital. An eyewitness told Shin Min Daily News in a report on Tuesday that he saw more than 10 SCDF officers outside the shop. A 30-year-old employee at a nearby shop, who gave his name only as Mr Chen, told Shin Min that he and his colleagues were shocked to see the officers rushing over. At first we thought there was a fire, but heard only later that someone's hand was stuck inside a machine," he said.
By adding ½ cup of oil and two eggs to any cake mix, you can have cookie dough. I don’t think a gluten-free mix would yield the same result as say, a standard yellow cake mix. For the most part, cookies aren’t a difficult process, and this is a really open-ended “recipe tip. ” Also, outside of emergencies, why would you want to use a cake mix instead of say, a cookie mix. But I’ll take any excuse to make and eat cookies, so here we go. The cake mixes I used all call for vegetable oil, water and 3 eggs. That’s a lot of wet ingredients, and the “recipe” cuts out a pretty significant portion of.
